Returns & Refunds policy
You are entitled to exchange your order within 10 days from the date you received it without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for exchange an order is 10 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
For each orignal order, you will have the right to exchange up to two times maximum. That means, if you buy item A and you exchange for item B. Then if you decide again to exchange one more time for item C, item C will no longer be exchangeable nor refundable.
In order to exercise your right of exchange, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.
We do not return refunds in cash, only in store credit to your account. We shall have no liability whatsoever towards you other than provide in store credit to your account. You can inform us of your decision by e-mail info@nessdesigns.ca.
Please keep in mind that customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
SALE:
All items on Sale or discounted are not subject to exchanges nor returns.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods are returned new, unused and in the same condition as received.
The goods must be returned within the 10 days of receiving it.
The goods are in the original packaging along with any accessories or instruction manuals.
The tag identifying the product must still be attached to the product in the way it was originally sent.
If one of the aforementioned conditions is missing, we shall have no obligation to provide in store credit to your account.
Each item sent will have a backup video made by our team during packaging to ensure the items are intact before shipping.
THE FOLLOWING GOODS CANNOT BE RETURNED:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue an exchange without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return That you can use within in a period of 6 months only. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the right to exchange to the gift giver.
